This incident has been resolved. SEEK had a production incident this morning during a deployment which caused issues with the Integration between Recruit Wizard & SEEK. SEEK has fixed their issue & we have made a change at our end to prevent this from occurring again in the future.
The issue has been identified and we are currently working on a fix, we hope to have a patch ready in the next 15 minutes or so.
We have received multiple reports of issues creating Adverts for SEEK. Our Engineers are investigating the cause of these problems.

Our VOIP provider currently has an outage which means that calls are not getting through to us. If you need to chat, please log a ticket with us ( support@recruitwizard.com )
This incident has been resolved. We will continue to monitor all systems closely.
A fix has been implemented and all errors have stopped. We will slowly bring our backend processes back online over the next 20 minutes or so. We will monitor all systems closing over the next few hours.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Our Engineers have found the root cause and are working towards a fix. Their current estimate is approx 1.30pm AEST for all Recruit Wizard system to be fully functioning
We are seeing significantly increased errors across all Recruit Wizard Systems currently. Our Engineers are investigating the cause of this.

Our third party partner has reported a fix has been made, and messages should now be flowing as normal. We are closely monitoring Recruit Wizard SMS.
Our third party partner is currently investigating an issue with SMS messages not being sent. We will update this incident as we get updates from them.
