The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.
We will be conducting maintenance on our Search Engines which will requires a restart of the servers. Candidate Searching will be unavailable during this time.
Our monitoring has shown SMS messaging is flowing as per normal. This incident is resolved.
Our third party partner has reported a fix has been made, and messages should now be flowing as normal. We are closely monitoring Recruit Wizard SMS.
Our third party partner is currently investigating an issue with SMS messages not being sent. We will update this incident as we get updates from them.
We have migrated to a new Supplier and happy to announce our new phone system is online.
Our VOIP provider currently has an outage which means that inbound calls are not getting through to us. If you need to chat, please log a ticket with us ( support@recruitwizard.com ) and we will call you back ASAP
We will be running some updates on our Quick Lookup feature. During this window not all records will be returned by the Lookup feature.
Maintenance is completed. Candidate Searches are performing as expected.
We have identified a potential issue with our Search Engine after the upgrades over the weekend. To avoid an outage during core hours we will be doing some emergency works on it this evening. Candidate searches may not return all expected results during this time.
We will be performing some maintenance to our candidate search engine - this will require us to reload all data into the search engine once complete. During this time, searches may not contain all available results.
