The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

We are upgrading our Search Engine. During this time Contact Searches & Lookups may not return all expected results.
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time. A restart of one of our core services will be required which will mean Documents will be unavailable for roughly 5 minutes. All other Recruit Wizard Systems will remain online

Data load is still progressing, it is 78% finished with about 10 minutes remaining
We have found the issue with the Candidate Search Engine and are in the process of bringing it back online. Current estimate is roughly 20 minutes until candidate searching is online again.
We have identified an issue with our search engine and are working with the vendor to rectify This effects Candidate Searches only.
We have seen that the delays with the carrier has reduced and returned to regular levels now. We are continuing to monitor this throughout the day.
We are currently monitoring delays we are seeing with messages being delivered by the carriers. Our engineering team are aware of this and the issue looks to be linked with load on the carrier side. We are also working with them to investigate any potential ways to get around upstream bottlenecks to reduce these delays. We will keep this updated with our monitoring of the situation.
