Due to incredibly high volumes of traffic as a result of Black Friday SMS campaigns, there may be some delays experienced in sending SMS messages. Our SMS partner is monitoring.
We have recieved multiple reports of platform slowness, particular when viewing candidates.
Our Engineering team are investigating this issue.

As announced via email we are moving recruit wizard to be hosted at https://recruitwizard.app.
This change is part of our ongoing work towards achieving ISO 27001 certification, strengthening our commitment to security and reliability.
We expect recruitwizard to be unavailable for roughly 15 minutes during this window.
From midday 22nd November 2025, Seek Selection Signals will be active for all customers that have not opted out.
Work has been completed, and indexes are in the process of being rebuilt.
We expect this to finish around 4pm. Searches for Candidate Names may return incomplete results until then.
To prepare for some upcoming changes to Candidate Searching, we need to preform a full refresh of the data in our search engine. This will result in incomplete results when performing a candidate lookup during this window.
Searches will still work as expected during this maintenance window.
Our authentication partner has implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.

Our email deliverability partner has addressed this issue, and after a period of monitoring the results we can confirm that deliverability of messaging to Microsoft domains such as Hotmail and Outlook is now operating normally.
Our email deliverability partner has identified an issue intermittently affecting email deliverability to Microsoft domains such as Hotmail and Outlook. This does not impact emails delivered to Microsoft 365 emails.
Their engineering and deliverability teams are actively working towards a resolution.
