Our partner has confirmed this issue has been resolved. Replies are flowing through in a timely manner as expected.
An upstream supplier issue is causing delays in the receipt of inbound messages. Our supplier is actively working on a resolution. No loss of message data is expected, only delays in them being received. We will send updates as we get them.
This incident has been resolved.
A fix has ben implemented and our remaining services are now back online. This required a DNS change which may take up to an hour to flush through depending on your networks Caching settings
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
We have restored the ability to log into Recruit Wizard. However, some services, including Analytics which powers the dashboard remain unavailable.
We are currently investigating an issue preventing people from logging into Recruit Wizard.
We have identified an issue with our 3rd party partner which is preventing the sending of documents for esigning. We have reported it to them and are awaiting an update.
